Before you sign: This document sets out everything you're agreeing to when you join the Fast Start offer — every cost, every inclusion, every expectation, and every clause. There are no footnotes hidden elsewhere and no surprises after you click pay. Read it in full. If anything is unclear, email info@bananadigital.com.au before signing.
Section 01

What You're Signing Up For

The Fast Start is a simplified, entry-level version of our Fully Booked System — designed for salons and spas who want to experience the system before committing to a full plan. It is not a permanent service plan. It is a three-month starting point, deliberately priced to remove the barrier to entry, limited in spots to protect quality, and structured to graduate you into a plan that scales your results further.

When you sign this agreement, you are committing to a minimum three-month engagement with Banana Digital, agreeing to a defined monthly fee, and acknowledging you will transition to a full service plan at the end of the Fast Start period.

This is a working partnership. We bring the system, the ads expertise, and the follow-up automation. You bring the business, the access, and the commitment to see it through.

Section 02

Your Complete Cost Breakdown

Every dollar you will spend is listed below. There are no additional fees, no setup charges, and no hidden costs beyond what is outlined here.

CRM Usage — Calls, SMS & Emails
Billed at actual usage. This is the cost of the system automatically contacting and chasing every lead on your behalf, 24 hours a day. Usage is variable and depends on the volume of leads generated by your campaign as well as your actual calls, emails, and SMS sent through the CRM system. These charges are processed through Lead Connector (the platform powering your CRM) via a wallet system — your card on file is automatically charged in approximately USD $10 increments each time your wallet balance reaches a set threshold. Charges appear on your statement under Banana Digital, as we hold the agency wallet on your behalf. We do not earn any margin on these costs — every dollar charged is the actual platform usage cost passed directly through to you. This cost is separate from the management fee.

Meta Ad Spend — Paid by You Directly to Facebook/Instagram
This money does not go to Banana Digital. You pay Meta directly from your own ad account. The $1,000 minimum is non-negotiable — below this threshold, Meta's algorithm does not have sufficient data to generate consistent bookings. If your ad spend is paused, reduced below $1,000, or delayed, campaign performance is directly impacted and Banana Digital cannot be held responsible for those results.

3-Month Minimum Commitment — What You're Committing To
At minimum, you will invest approximately $5,940–$6,240 over three months (management fees + CRM usage + ad spend). Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is not refundable by Banana Digital. Management fees cover the work delivered each month and are non-refundable once a month has commenced.

All fees charged by Banana Digital are in Australian Dollars and are subject to 10% GST. Tax invoices will be issued monthly. Ad spend is billed by Meta independently of Banana Digital and is not subject to our GST.

Section 03

What's Included in the Fast Start

The following five deliverables are included in your $800 + GST monthly management fee:

  • Meta Ads Management We build your Meta Business Manager, ad account, campaign, ad copy, creatives, and any required landing pages. Once live, your campaign is reviewed and optimised weekly. This includes all testing, adjustments, and creative iterations throughout your engagement.
  • Automated Follow-Up System (SMS & Email) Workflows that automatically contact and chase every lead until they book. Sequences run 24 hours a day. Most leads don't book on first contact — this system does the follow-up for you. Setup includes writing all messages, configuring triggers, and testing the sequences before launch.
  • Google Reviews Automation Automated review requests sent to your existing clients after their appointments. More reviews improve your Google Business Profile ranking, which generates additional organic bookings over time.
  • CRM Platform Your subscription to the CRM platform is included in the management fee. This is where all conversations, calls, SMS, and emails are managed in one place. Includes a website chat widget, social media scheduling, and a full client pipeline view. Note: CRM usage costs (calls, SMS, emails sent) are billed separately at actual usage.
  • Monthly Performance Report A clear report delivered each month covering campaign results, lead volume, cost-per-lead, booking conversions, and recommendations for the following month.
Section 04

What's Not Included on This Plan

The Fast Start is intentionally focused. The following services are available on full plans and are unlocked when you upgrade after three months — depending on which plan you move to:

  • Database Reactivation Campaign A dedicated campaign to your existing contact list, designed to re-engage past clients. Available on Scale and Performance plans after your Fast Start period ends.
  • Monthly SEO Blog Posts Keyword-targeted blog content to build organic search visibility over time. Available on the Performance plan only.
  • Weekly Google Business Profile Posts Weekly posts to your Google Business Profile to improve local search rankings. Available on the Performance plan only.
Everything outside this document is additional. Any service, deliverable, or outcome not explicitly described in this agreement must be separately quoted and agreed to in writing before work begins. If you are expecting something that is not listed here, please raise it before signing — not after.

Third-party software & subscriptions: Connecting your CRM to external tools or platforms may occasionally require a third-party subscription — for example, integration software or additional platform licences needed to link your systems. These costs are not included in this agreement and are your responsibility to cover. Where any such cost arises, it will be clearly identified and discussed with you in advance so you know exactly what you're being asked to cover and why.
Section 05

Campaign Launch & Timeline

We build and launch your entire system within 5 business days of receiving all required accesses and information from you. Delays in providing access will delay your launch date — the 3-month commitment clock starts from your launch date, not your payment date.

Month Two Optimise & Scale What's Working Weekly optimisation based on real data. The algorithm continues to learn. Consistent, improving results as the system warms up. This is where the cost-per-booking drops and booking volume increases.

Month Three Consistent Results & Upgrade Decision The system is performing at its full capability. Optimised, consistent results. At the end of Month Three, you'll review results and confirm your upgrade plan. This is where most clients see the strongest ROI.

Cutting a campaign short at four to six weeks is like leaving a race at the halfway point. The 3-month minimum exists to protect your investment and give the system enough runway to deliver real results.

Section 06

The 3-Month Commitment

By signing this agreement, you are committing to a minimum three-month engagement. This is not month-to-month. There is no cancellation within the three-month period.

The management fee of $800 + GST per month is charged in advance, before work commences. The first payment covers Month 1 and is taken at sign-up via Stripe. Subsequent monthly payments are charged automatically on the same date each month.

If a payment fails and is not resolved within 5 business days, your campaign will be paused until payment is received. Paused time does not extend your engagement period.

Meta ad spend is your responsibility. If your ad spend drops below $1,000/month for any reason, campaign results will be impacted. Banana Digital is not liable for reduced results caused by insufficient ad spend.

Section 07

After 3 Months — Your Upgrade Path

The Fast Start is not a permanent plan. At the conclusion of your three-month engagement, you will move to one of the following full service plans. This transition is agreed upfront — it is not a surprise upsell. It is the natural next step for a business that has now seen what the system can do.

Based on your current business revenue of $10K–$20K/month, the Grow Plan is the most likely fit at the end of your Fast Start period — subject to a conversation about your results and goals at that time.

Here's how billing works under our normal pricing after the Fast Start period:

Meta Ads Management fee — on the Grow Plan, for example, this is $650 + GST per month. This fee is only charged on months where your Meta ads campaign is actively running. If you choose to pause ads in a given month, you will not be charged the management fee for that month.

CRM subscription + usage — your CRM subscription ($300 + GST per month) and Lead Connector usage costs (calls, SMS, emails) are charged regardless of whether your ads are running. The CRM is the backbone of your client follow-up and communication system and continues to operate and generate value for your business whether ads are active or not.

Section 08

Responsibilities — Yours & Ours

Banana Digital will:

  • Build and launch your full campaign system within 5 business days of access being provided
  • Manage and optimise your Meta campaign weekly
  • Configure and maintain your automated follow-up sequences
  • Provide a monthly performance report with clear data and recommendations
  • Respond to all campaign-related enquiries within 24–48 business hours, depending on the nature and urgency of the request; resolution of technical or campaign issues may take longer than the initial response
  • Notify you immediately of any issues that may impact campaign performance

You will:

  • Provide all required accesses promptly (Meta Business Manager, Facebook Page, website, etc.)
  • Maintain a minimum of $1,000/month in Meta ad spend, paid directly to Meta
  • Respond to leads within your booking system in a timely manner
  • Keep your booking system (Timely, Fresha, etc.) up to date and accessible
  • Not pause, reduce, or interfere with the ad campaign without notifying Banana Digital
  • Make all monthly payments on time
Business Hours & Response Times: Banana Digital operates Monday to Friday, 10:00am–5:00pm Sydney time. We do not work on weekends or public holidays — please do not expect responses outside of these hours. Standard response time to enquiries and support requests is within 24–48 business hours depending on the nature and urgency of the matter. Resolution of technical issues or campaign changes may take longer than the initial response, and we will keep you updated throughout.
Section 09

Results & Expectations

We are confident in our system and stand behind it. Individual results depend on factors including — but not limited to — your ad spend level, your response time to leads, the appeal of your offer, your local market competition, and your booking system setup.

Banana Digital does not guarantee a specific number of bookings, a specific cost-per-booking, or a specific return on ad spend. We guarantee that we will build, launch, and actively manage the system as described in Section 03. What the system delivers depends on both our execution and your business's ability to convert leads into booked appointments.

A confirmed booking is defined as a scheduled appointment in your booking system (Timely, Fresha, etc.) that is attributed to a lead generated by our Meta campaign. Cancellations, no-shows, and reschedules are outside our control and are not counted against campaign performance.
Section 10

Cancellation & Refund Policy

There is no cancellation within the 3-month minimum commitment period. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept this condition. The management fee for any month that has commenced is non-refundable.

After the three-month commitment is fulfilled, you may cancel your engagement by providing 30 days' written notice to info@bananadigital.com.au. Your campaign will continue to run during the notice period and the final month's fee will be charged.

Meta ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is subject to Meta's own billing terms. Banana Digital has no ability to refund or reverse Meta charges.

CRM usage costs are billed by the CRM platform at actual usage and are non-refundable once incurred.

Section 11

General Terms

  1. This agreement is between Juliana Rodrigues ("the Client") and Banana Digital ("the Service Provider"), operated by Hearty Dave, ABN 70 605 796 736.
  2. This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Western Australia.
  3. Banana Digital reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the Client engages in behaviour that is abusive, illegal, or materially harmful to the campaign. In such cases, no refund of fees already charged will be issued.
  4. The Client grants Banana Digital permission to access their Meta Business Manager, Facebook Page, ad account, and any relevant platforms for the purpose of delivering the services described in this agreement.
  5. All campaign assets, ad copy, and creatives produced by Banana Digital specifically for your campaign remain your intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client retains full ownership of all lead data and contact lists generated during the engagement. However, all CRM workflows, automations, landing pages, pipelines, and system configurations built by Banana Digital inside the CRM platform remain the sole intellectual property of Banana Digital. These cannot be exported, transferred, or replicated should the Client choose to leave or move to another agency. You take your leads and contacts — the system that runs them stays with us.
  6. Banana Digital will treat all business information shared by the Client as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g., platform access for ad management).
  7. Pricing is subject to change at renewal. Any changes to fees on full plans after the Fast Start period will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
  8. This agreement supersedes all previous verbal or written discussions about the Fast Start offer. The terms on this page are the complete and binding terms of the engagement.
  9. If any clause of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full effect.
  10. By signing below, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this document.
